Returns & Exchanges

  • You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be Credited within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

  • Shipping fees and other handling charges are non-refundable.

  • If you haven’t received your refund after 10 days, please contact your bank or payment provider before reaching out to us.
  • If approved, the exchanged product will be delivered within 7–10 days.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide clear photographs of the damaged item along with your order details.
  • If approved, the replacement product will be delivered within 7–10 working days.

We will offer a replacement, store credit, or a full refund based on the severity of the damage and product availability.

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

Certain items cannot be returned or refunded, including:

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Clearance or final sale items

How to Initiate a Return

  • Contact us  with your order number.

  • Our team will guide you through the return process and provide a return shipping address.

  • Pack the item securely and ship it back to us.

  • Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank account first.
  • Then contact your credit card company or payment provider; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
